  • On the whole, the service provided by NSJ is well priced and efficient. However, the address entry form on the NSJ website led to a confusion over my actual address and therefore the delivery of my items was delayed. The problem was that there was no field for suburb on the website and so the delivery company changed the postcode that was provided by me to the general sydney city postcode 2000. I believe that the delivery company made a mistake in doing this but this could be avoided if NSJ could add a suburb field to their website. The quality and price of the product were both very good and the people that I spoke to about the problem were very helpful. So despite the error, overall I am pleased with the service that I received from NSJ and I would use their services again.
